Tihar Jail is home to some of the hardened groups of dangerous criminals, who have committed the most heinous crimes in India.

So, we were pleasantly surprised while watching this complex yet evocatively penned contemporary tale set in Nagaland. The multi-layered story is neatly wrapped inside an Indian cop drama. This story takes a fresh look at India’s North-East states.

Certainly, he has retained a lot of innocence among the main cast members, despite the fact that they are engaged in a bitter political battle in the fictional village of Phulera, Uttar Pradesh.

We think the story in Season 3 is far too complicated to be told in 7 episodes. They could have added a few more episodes and allowed the stories of all the key characters to reach their logical conclusion. But the makers, Raj & DK, chose otherwise. Also, the script could be tighter, perhaps. Now, the cliffhanger and open-ended season finale suggest that this well-made North-Eastern tale is not yet finished.

Criminal Justice: A Family Matter

Of late, we have watched a bunch of good Indian legal dramas. And certainly, “Criminal Justice: A Family Matter” is one of the engrossing crime shows to watch. To be honest, it is not a great crime show. But still, it is a very good legal drama from India, which is full of suspense. And, we are certain that many viewers will be surprised by its shocking ending.
