IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack (2024) mini-series uses an immensely talented ensemble cast to bring a shocking real-life tale. This show is about the 1999 hijacking of an Indian Airlines plane. The direction and acting performances in this limited series impressed us, and the series was well-made.

Signora Volpe is a crime drama about a former British Secret Agent, Ms Sylvia Fox. So, in this show, Ms Fox lives in a beautiful region of Italy, but here too, the crime cases follow her. One of the most interesting aspects of this series is the Italian title.

Hotel Cocaine is a thrilling crime drama set in Miami in the late 1970s and early 1980s. The true incidents in that happening city of the USA seemed to inspire this thrilling crime series. Although it is inspired by actual events, the “Hotel Cocaine” series is predominantly a work of fiction.

Shekhar Home (S1/2024) is an intriguing crime drama set in the early 1990s in the Eastern regions of India. If one takes a closer look at the “Shekhar Home” title clearly then one will find quite a few similarities to the world famous “Sherlock Holmes” character.
